Cancellations

  • If you would like to cancel your order please call us immediately at 1-888-554-3220.
  • Please make sure to have your order number ready when calling to cancel.
  • Some orders may ship out the same day so please do not wait to call us.  Once an order ships you must follow our Return Policy.

 

Returns

  • We offer 30 days to return unopened, non-discontinued items from the time of receipt.
  • There will be a restock fee of 15-25% on all returned products.
  • You must call us within 30 days of receiving your merchandise to receive an RA number.  We will also tell you where to ship your merchandise to or issue a call tag for the merchandise to be picked up.  If you send the merchandise back without contacting us first, we cannot guarantee you will get a refund in a timely manner or at all.
  • Please know you will be responsible for all shipping costs to you and back to us.  Many times we offer free shipping or discounted shipping on orders.  The amount on your invoice as freight and/or shipping may not reflect the true cost of freight and/or shipping.  If you return your products you will be charged the actual freight and/or shipping cost.
  • We are unable to take returns on liquid based, powder based, or chemical based products.  This would include products like swimming pool chemicals, all cleaners, food related products, etc.  If you have a question about returning a specific product you can call us at 1-888-554-3220.  If you are not satisfied with your product please feel free to call us so we can do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied.
  • Once we receive the product(s) back from you it will be inspected.  After all products are inspected and approved for return we will process your refund.  It can take up to 4-6 weeks to receive your refund; however, we try to do our best to process everything as quickly as possible.

 

 

Shipping

 

Most orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex, however some orders are shipped via Truck.  We do our best to have all of our products leave our warehouse within 1-5 business days.  We also give you an idea of how soon it will leave our warehouse on the product page, so it is best to refer to that if you would like to know how soon your product will leave our warehouse.  In some unfortunate cases a product may be backordered or discontinued.  If this is the case we will contact you via phone or email within 24-48 hours to let you know so you can either pick another product or get your money refunded.  If you are located in a rural area your transit time may be longer.

 

Small Packages via UPS/Fedex

  • Most packages up to 150 lbs will be shipped via UPS or Fedex.  We may also choose to use the USPS to ship some items.
  • Some items that are bulky but less than 150 lbs may not ship via UPS or Fedex and may ship via Truck.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
  • We currently publish shipping rates to the Lower 48 States only.  If you would like shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other locations outside of the Lower 48 States you may contact us to get a custom shipping rate on the product you are interested in.
  • All small packages will be left at your door if you are not available.  If you have a special circumstance, please call us to arrange it.

Truck Shipments – LTL (Less-Than-Truckload)

  • When we ship via Truck we reserve the right to choose the best carrier to go to your area.  We use companies like Estes, Roadrunner, YRC, Central Freight Lines, or others.
  • Once your shipment arrives to the nearest terminal in your area, you will be contacted to set up a delivery time.
  • Someone over the age of 18 must be available to receive the shipment and sign off.  They must also understand what is being received and can check to make sure there was no damage during shipment.
  • All Truck shipments are Residential Curbside Deliveries.  The truck will pull up in front of your house and you must unload the material off of the truck.
  • You have the option of choosing a Lift Gate Service.  If you choose a Lift Gate Service the trucking company will pull the pallet of material off the truck for you and if they have access to your garage, they will put it in your garage for you.  Please note that if you are on a steep incline, have a stone, pebble or uneven surface for a driveway they will not be able to put it in your garage and will just pull it off the truck for you.  Please remember that they use a pallet jack for this service and must be able to maneuver it easily.
  • It is your responsibility to inspect the shipment when it arrives.  If you notice any damage you must mark it on the Bill of Lading, let the truck driver know, and call us so we can get it replaced.  If it is not marked on the Bill of Lading as to what was damaged and we are not notified then we will not be able to send you a replacement.  You must specify on the Bill of Lading as to what was damaged.
  • If you are located in an area that requires a boat/ferry, or other special requirements for the shipment to get to you, then you may be assessed additional fees.  These fees will not be shown at the time of checkout and you will be notified.  If you have any questions in regards to additional fees please call us at 1-888-554-3220 before placing your order.

 

Pricing

 

  • Prices shown for items on this site represent the current selling price (in United States Dollars), or current Minimum Advertised Price set by the manufacturer.
  • Unbeatablestores.com reserves the right to change prices, offers, promotions or sales on this site at any time and without prior notice.
  • We confirm all pricing once orders are placed and before items are shipped.  If an item's price is incorrect we will notify you by email or phone to correc the pricing error.  We cannot be responsible for pricing errors.

 

Sales Tax

 

  • State laws require an Illinois-based business to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Illinois addresses. In our case, the amount of sales tax collected is based on the tax rate for “Will County, Illinois”.
  • We do not charge sales tax for shipments outside of Illinois.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

 

  • Please make sure that you examine all packages for damages and missing items as soon as you can.  All claims for damage, errors or shortages in the merchandise delivered must be made within 48 hours from delivery of that merchandise.
  • If your items were shipped via Truck (LTL Shipment) then you must inspect the delivery when you receive it.  If something is damaged you must notify the driver and mark it on the Bill of Lading.

  • UnbeatableStores.com is not responsible for any product defects.  All products are shipped as new.  For warranty information please contact the manufacturer of product in question.

 

Products Requiring Installation or Assembly

  • If your product requires assembly or installation, we recommend you find a professional in your area to install or assemble your products.  It is always a good idea to do your research when looking for a professional in your area to assemble or install your products.  You should check references, business licenses, the Better Business Bureau, Local Chamber of Commerce and more when hiring someone to assemble or install any products.
